The emergence of the toothache is sure to ruin your day or steal the peaceful sleep. The Toothache can be caused by caries, abscess or fractured teeth, sore gums, teeth-gnashing, aggressive gum, a recent dental procedure and so on. We understand tooth pain is not something to take lightly, so we wanted to provide some quick pain relief techniques using natural remedies to hold the pain at bay until you can get help. These are helpful because many of the items used to provide the relief can be found in almost every household.
The intensity and the type of toothache pain vary so it can manifest as sensitivity to hot or cold or a direct contact of the tooth, or it can be pulsating, sharp or constant mild pain.
A visit to the dentist is a must in the emergence of the toothache and here the rule is “the sooner, the better.”

1 . Rinse with warm salt water To use this approach, mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt into a glass of warm water and use it as a mouthwash.
2 . Cloves for toothache pain relief Clove has been used to treat toothaches throughout history, because the oil can effectively numb pain and reduce inflammation. It contains eugenol, which is a natural antiseptic.
If you have essential oil of cloves apply 1-2 drops on the tooth, but be careful not to swallow it. you can also add a drop of clove oil to a small glass of water and make a mouthwash.
If you do not have oil, the cloves will also help you. Take 1-2 cloves, put them in the mouth to soften and gently press the teeth to drop a little of their oil. you should know cloves only help to reduce the intensity of the pain.
3 . Tea bags Tea bags can be used to numb pain and soothe sensitive gums. to do this, allow a used tea bag to cool down before applying it to the affected area. It should still be slightly warm
4 . Rinse with 3% hydrogen A hydrogen rinse may also help to relieve pain and inflammation. to do this, mix 3 percent hydrogen peroxide with equal parts water and use it as a mouthwash. Don’t swallow it.
5 . A cold compress on the cheek At gauze put a few ice cubes and place them as a coating on the cheek on the same side where the aching tooth is. When you apply a cold compress, it causes the blood vessels in the area to constrict. This makes pain less severe. The cold can also reduce any swelling and inflammation.
6 . Apple Cider Vinegar Not only does apple cider vinegar have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, but because it is acidic, it also kills the bacteria causing your toothache. You can use apple cider vinegar for pain by soaking a cotton ball in it and pressing it gently on the tooth
7 . Vanilla, Almond, Or Lemon Extract Vanilla extract contains alcohol, which can help to numb pain. Its proven antioxidant properties also make it an effective healer. To use this, Soaking a cotton ball or cotton swab (Q-Tip) in any of these extracts will provide temporary pain relief to an aching tooth or mouth. Simply hold the extract-soaked cotton to the pained area for a short period of time.
8 . Garlic Garlic also very helpful for tooth pain it will reduce inflammation and redness and swelling in the mouth to use this crush garlic clove and make it thin pest for best result and apply in to the affected area. you may also add a tiny bit of salt. Alternatively, you can slowly chew a clove of fresh garlic.
9 . Wheatgrass Wheatgrass has countless healing properties and can work to heal your body from the inside if taken internally. It can relieve inflammation in your mouth and prevent infections. Its high chlorophyll content can also fight bacteria. to use this, simply use wheatgrass juice as a mouthwash.
