Every girl want to have a big Brazilian Butt and yes it is possible, all you need is really hard work, dedication followed with a good exercising plan.

 

Most important thing to know is: 15 minutes BUTT WORKOUT DOES NOT EXIST!, second most important thing is YES,  YOU CAN GET SEXY AND TONED ASS WITH ONLY DOING THE LEG WORKOUTS!

So add the following workouts to your plan and  you will be seeing results shortly.

You don’t have to be a power lifter to employ heavy dead lifts in your training. Remember, the back side of your body should work as a chain. You want your legs and butt to work together. The dead lift is the perfect exercise to train your posterior chain to work seamlessly.

The glutes, hamstrings, and lower back are responsible for hip extension. In reality, a deadlift is just a really heavy extension. Keep your core tight and pull the bar straight up your legs. Don’t let it drift forward.

Workout number two : Squats

Your butt and your legs, go together like salt and pepper.

Thats the main reason why squats are the best exercise for butt workout, and keep in mind to do squats with weights on, otherwise you will not get the wanted results.

I prefer doing squads with a barrel, because they are more effective, but of course you can do them with dumbbells or even with some home gym equipment, such as resistance bands or ankle weights.

Last but not least, workout number three: Lunges

There are two types of lunges.One with your legs separated, also known as open lunges;

and the other type of lunges is with your legs crossed.The open lunges are more for your quadriceps, but the crossed are perfect for your butt.You just have to put your legs, one behind the other, and bend.Also keep in mind, adding some weights will do no harm!
